How to generate ethical teachers through Socioformation to achieve Sustainable Social Development? [¿Cómo generar docentes éticos mediante la Socioformación para lograr el Desarrollo Social Sostenible?]

Abstract

It is necessary to establish new work routes to improve the quality of life, these should be given from the first years of life of children and adolescents because they are the present and the future of societies, this entails a change in the teaching, this is why in this article teachers are considered as a central element, which is why an analysis of various topics presented at the Human Talent Research Congress 2018 has been generated, rescuing the topics related to teachers with the which has been proposed a line of work within the school spaces to counteract the current problems of society and thereby improve the living conditions of communities, which will allow work on sustainable social development. It is necessary to revalue the work that teachers develop in schools, the importance of the managers within them and the need to work through an ethical project of life that directs the activities of the entire school community, for which this article proposes the union of these elements within the daily practices of teachers to promote sustainable social development.
