Abstract
At the present time, organizations require processes that promotes constant and continuous renewal given the changes imposed by modernity and globalization, the construction of this new environment has motivated changes both in leaders and in the members of the organizations under a new scheme of decision making, which has generated a new perception in a conscious way within the organizational space, which allows generating relation under their ERPs that promote creativity and continuous innovation y generating this new perception in a conscious way, it allows generating relationships that promotes creativity and continuous innovation, therefore, the organizations could evaluate the implementation of knowledge management projects as a structured process and the analysis of useful information to support the generation of competitive advantage based on an integral technology development.
